In what case does a war break out between great powers?

Greetings — the more time passes, the more and more I become convinced that a great war is inevitable. Already now one must begin not only to think but to act in order to survive, you and the members of your family. Where you will have your own shelter. Where you and the members of your family will be protected from that great expected danger which is anticipated in the near future. With food, medicines, and various means of communication.
I wish to begin the conversation with a phrase voiced on 26 June by Turkey 🇹🇷's Minister of Defence, Yaşar Güler: "No one wants a Third World War, least of all Turkey 🇹🇷, but should anything happen, our army is ready for any scenario" — that is, Turkey 🇹🇷 is already informed about the expected great war.
What is happening now in global politics closely resembles the beginning of the last century. When the great powers kept repeating: "No one wants war" — and yet no one had any trust in one another. In reality everyone competed with one another through threats and destruction. I mean the great powers of that time. And they soon received the result. On 28 July 1914 the First World War began, which lasted more than four years and claimed the lives of more than 20 million people. That is why one must master recent history as well as possible, for it is entirely possible that even now the same thing will repeat that happened in 1914.
What is happening now in the world — I mean Ukraine 🇺🇦 and Israel 🇮🇱 — greatly resembles a fight without rules. A few days ago Putin made a statement to the effect that Russia 🇷🇺 is beginning the production of medium- and long-range strategic missiles. As the reason he cites the fact that the USA 🇺🇸 is massively supplying NATO member states — and not only NATO member states but others as well — with medium- and long-range strategic missiles.
I wish here to remind you that in 2019 the USA 🇺🇸 withdrew from the strategic offensive arms treaty. On 8 April 2010 in Prague, a bilateral military agreement was concluded between Russia 🇷🇺 and the USA 🇺🇸, to the effect that both sides would limit the production of medium- and long-range strategic missiles for a term of 10 years. However, as I noted above, the USA 🇺🇸 withdrew from this agreement a year early.
The online publication The Telegraph writes that Joe Biden's participation in the presidential elections is already highly doubtful. The Democrats were considering the wife of former American president Barack Obama as a presidential candidate. However, as became known, Mrs. Michelle Obama, after long deliberation, declined to take part in the presidential elections. So for now the Democrats have a serious political crisis. Let us see whose candidate the Democrats will put forward in the near future.
On 26 June, in Australia 🇦🇺's capital Canberra, a special flight landed at night, carrying a living legend — the founder of the international non-profit organization WikiLeaks, Julian Assange. An Australian 🇦🇺 internet journalist and television presenter. Hacker, political prisoner. With such a status he is known throughout the world.
An innumerable number of journalists awaited the return of the living legend at the airport. This news spread across the whole world with the speed of lightning through various press and information outlets, under the headline "Julian Assange has unexpectedly returned to his homeland." You now see the footage of how he embraces his wife after 12 years.
Who is, and what does he represent, the 53-year-old Australian 🇦🇺 internet journalist, hacker, political prisoner, and founder of the international non-profit organization WikiLeaks, Julian Assange — he was born in Australia 🇦🇺 on 3 July 1971. With his journalistic and hacking talent he not only carved out a great name in history, but changed the world. He was the first to obtain the facts of the crimes of American servicemen in Iraq 🇮🇶 and Afghanistan 🇦🇫 and spread them across the whole world. Which turned the whole world upside down. The name of America was shaken. To recount all this is very simple, but to actually endure it is very difficult. For a full 12 years he was under great persecution. The American authorities searched for him for a full 12 years. Why? Because he was telling the whole world the truth about what was really happening around us. For which he paid a very great price. A 12-year persecution and imprisonment. However, completely unexpectedly for everyone, the American eagle decided to release Julian Assange from its talons.
Bradley Manning, the same as Chelsea Manning, who in 2013, as a result of surgical intervention, changed sex and became Chelsea Manning. Born on 17 December 1987 — a former American serviceman who had access to the secret materials of the American military. It was precisely Bradley Manning who supplied these secret military materials to the founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange. Of course Bradley Manning, now already Chelsea Manning, was arrested. However, as strange as this may sound, he was pardoned by President Barack Obama. It really is strange. The person who handed over the secret military materials was pardoned, while the one who directly spread the materials was imprisoned. The founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, spent 7 years in self-isolation in the Ecuadorian 🇪🇨 embassy in London, and 5 years directly in an English 🇬🇧 prison, of course in a separate isolated cell. Those 12 years the American court counted as his imprisonment, and in exchange for freedom demanded that Julian Assange admit the charge brought against him. To which Julian Assange agreed, and he admitted guilt.
And finally — if you want to learn the truth from someone, give him a mask and he will tell you.
Any conflict and any dispute in the end, whether you want it or not, is concluded by sitting down at the table and negotiating, just as happened in the example of the founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange. However, I do not think that the American authorities agreed merely to an admission of guilt. There was something there far more serious and important than an admission of guilt. Which we shall never learn. Which the founder of WikiLeaks, Julian Assange, will keep until the end of his life.
